Pre-Sale Orders: Pre-sale items are produced based on anticipated demand and may require additional time before shipment. Estimated fulfillment timeframes are provided on the applicable product page and are estimated only. Delays in manufacturing, production, or shipping may occasionally occur.

Cancellations: Pre-sale orders may be cancelled for a full refund prior to the orders entering production or fulfillment. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns: Returns of unused items in their original condition may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Customers must contact us before returning an item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Limited-Edition Items: Because some products are produced in limited quantities, an identical replacement may not always be available. If a replacement is unavailable for an approved claim, a refund may be issued instead. 

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank information provided on our website.
